Belgium made machine from the brand VG. (Was before Vangroenweghe N.V.) Very strong and heavily built machine. Not refurbished but in working conditions. For more technical details see the following specifications.

Possible processes:
• Deburring
• grinding
• Finish grinding
• Roughening

➤ 3 grinding units:
The machine has 3 grinding belts followed by 2 cylindrical brushes.
spirally grooved contact roller for more effective cooling and longer abrasive life.
Including electronic oscillation that keeps the grinding belt perfectly in place. This ensures optimal processing and perfect grinding results. The belt is tensioned by using a pneumatic system.
the second (or following) roller is always adjustable in height.
On the second roller it is possible to mount an SB belt and adjust it against the first belt.

hardness contact rollers = 70° sh
diameter contact rollers = 122 mm
The direction goes with the feed direction.
Motor = 3 x 7,5 Kw
diameter of the abrasive belt = 300 x 1900 mm
minimum part length = 190 mm
